Processing Time
Retail orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped through USPS. Typical delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after shipment. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Charge
Retail orders currently have a flat $5 shipping charge for U.S. addresses.
Returns
Eligible retail products may be returned within 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
These issues must be reported within 5 days after delivery by emailing heather@houseofhendler.com with the order information and photos when applicable.
